LAPEL PINS / METAL BADGES

Lapel Pins & Badges come in full colour graphics and range from a high quality jewellery like finish with hand crafted detail to a die struck pin with an antique finish.

bulletDie Struck Cloisonné - Hard Enamel

Lapel Pin

Cloisonné Badges offer a high quality jewellery like finish with hand crafted detail.

The enamel pins are twice kiln fired then hand polished and offer scratch and fade resistance.

Hard Enamel is the most hard wearing but tends to be the most expensive because of the the care taken in production.

bulletDie Struck Soft Cloisonné - Imitation Soft Enamel

Metal Badge

Soft Cloisonné replaces parts of the hard enamel pins because of similarity to hard enamel material, lower cost, with a wider range of colours to choose from.

bulletDie Struck Copper or Brass Soft Enamel

Die Struck Metal Badge

Copper or brass soft enamel is an ideal material for 3D cubic designs or designs requiring fine details. All die struck soft enamel pins colours are separated by a fine raised line usually gold or nickel silver which is then polished.

Clear epoxy resin may be applied.

bulletDie Struck Iron Soft Enamel

Lapel Pin

Die struck iron soft enamel offers a similar finish to above but is a slightly  cheaper option using less expensive materials during manufacture and can be arranged to suit most budgets.

Clear epoxy resin may be applied.

bulletPhoto Etched Soft Enamel

Photo Etched Lapel Pin

Photo etching is normally carried out on lighter weight material of 0.8mm thick - usually brass, photo etching is a good choice for large sized designs. It is cheaper and lighter than die struck soft enamel pins while allowing the same number of colours. Photo etching can not be made in 3D cubic design because of the thickness of material.

Clear enamel resin may be applied.

bulletDie Struck Badges - Without Colouring

Antique Silver Fern Lapel Pin
